Go ahead, fight over something else

"I'm back"... Presidential election 2016.
Hurray for intelligence, experience, age and gender!
"(CNN) Hillary Clinton put an end to months of speculation on Sunday by officially announcing her candidacy for president, giving the former secretary of state another shot at cracking the highest glass ceiling in American politics.

Clinton's second presidential run is another chapter in a life that has seen the former first lady go from a child raised in a conservative home outside Chicago to one of the most recognizable women in the world. Clinton became a household name in 1992 when her husband, Bill Clinton, won the presidency.  Since then, Hillary Clinton has become a force in her own right, serving in the Senate for eight years, unsuccessfully running for president in 2008 and leading the State Department from 2009 to 2013.

....  Clinton's candidacy has been widely anticipated. Even since before Clinton left the State Department in early 2013, speculation that she would take another shot at the White House has followed her. Read articles, includes embedded videos."

The whole idea of her following him in the White House is so South American. The Clintons are never dull. You go girl!

@319pm: Agree. You can almost hear the faint strains of "Don't Cry For Me Argentina." playing in the background,

I will bet on Rubio Marco for the following reasons:

1) Incumbent Fatigue
2) Rubio is a Cuban Immigrant and appeals to Latin American vote bloc.
3) Rubio has managed to straddle both big money Republicans and Tea Party ideologies
4) The establishment needs a Latin American figure to engage with the "back yard" without having to face the recriminating cries of "Go Back Yankees!"
5) Rubio is Young and relatively less political baggage than others in the running.
6) Democrats have ruined their political capital -- due to economy, non-issue issues, unproductive foreign engagements/wars, failed foreign policy
7) After 8 years of liberal economic policies, it is time for economic conservatism.

Lets see.

LOL

I will bet that you have no clue what you're talking about for the following reasons:

1) His name is Marco Rubio, not Rubio Marco
2) Everything else you mention is completely ass-backwards as well

I'm betting on Evita. The Republicans are putting up a bunch of toads who will self-defeat.

Jebbie has a Mexican wife. He'll still lose.

I was hoping someone in this forum could help me. I've been looking all over the media for something and I just keep coming up dry. Could someone here please list Hillary's accomplishments as Senator and then Secretary of State? Thanks in advance.

Thank you 8:21. 6:28, if you've been looking all over for something and keep coming up dry, you apparently don't know how to search. Google is your friend.

Thanks @8:21. I never realized that voting, supporting, attending and travelling were accomplishments. Silly me.

9:57-- I've given you the facts. I'm not going to be your mommy and spoon feed you about how Senate leadership positions represent acomplishments, for example. You figure it out, but since you're incabable of the most basic of Internet searches, I don't have high hopes for you.

957 Good, good, get it out. I think there's real hope for you.

He also has his dad who got his dipshit brother in twice.

Count on Old Man Bush to steal another election.

Dubya would be a hard act to follow for anyone named Bush.
