The owners of the Holiday Inn Express expansion should promptly go after the scoundrel who appealed this project to the California Coastal Commission with zero consideration of the property owners rights.
This person did this just to try to earn "brownie points" with the noobees and nimbys.
On the other hand, just guessing that the owners of HIE might want to extend their appreciation to the scoundrel for pointing them in a different direction, as in out of Pacifica, to spend their money. They and their forgotten project have now entered the limbo called "extended building permits". Right next door to "when hell freezes over."
Not seeing an individual buyer's name on that Harmony permit. Is Sonora Shores building a model home for the project?
