Public Hearings:  Item 1, Spindrift School of Performing Arts, install 9 site trailers, 1050 Crespi Drive.  Item 2, General Plan Housing Element, State statutory requirements.  "Inadequate notice" letter:  Hal Bohner, Attorney, and Todd Bray.  Consideration:  Item 3, Planning permits and process presentation.
