The applicant has not yet submitted the requested renderings. Therefore, another continuance is required to provide the applicant additional time to prepare the materials. Due to the uncertain timing of the preparation of these materials, staff recommends continuing the public hearing to a date to be determined. Staff will publish and mail new public notices once a hearing date has been determined."
