Recycling hints from Recology, "plastic is forever" almost

Eco-NIMBY special, costs more.
Why didn't I see this on Riptide?
From Recology of the Coast/garbage.

"Want to be more earth-friendly?  Instead of using the black, white or clear plastic bags for your garbage, start using biodegradable bags. These bags will decompose in our landfills in less than 5 years whereas the plastic bags will sit there for decades!

....  NOTE: Biodegradable bags are to be used in your garbage cart only.  DO NOT use these bags in either your blue Recycling or green Organics/Green Waste carts."
