"At the Aug. 10 City Council meeting, the Council presented the Pacifica Historical Society (PHS), the official City Historian, with a proclamation to thank the all-volunteer Society for 'their vision, their caring, their contributions and their dedicated service to this community.' The proclamation honored: the Society's 15-year project to save, preserve, and restore the Little Brown Church (LBC), the oldest public building in Pacifica; and its creation of a museum and meeting place to serve the entire community.
....  This Saturday (8/22/15), the members of the PHS will hold the Gala Opening for the Pacifica Coastside Museum (Little Brown Church Building 1910). Two weeks prior to the gala, PHS volunteers were hard at work completing final touches on the Museum, including work on the Museum's exhibits."  Read article.
