San Mateo County Supervisor representation, Districts 2 and 3 no change

San Jose Mercury News/Daily News/Bonnie Eslinger, Staff, 10/22/13.  "District map approved by San Mateo County supervisors doesn't empower minorities enough, critics say."

Although San Mateo County supervisors approved a map Tuesday that revised their districts' boundaries, critics said the changes didn't go far enough to ensure minority residents would have a stronger voice in elections.
