Free Community Health Fair,
St Peter's Church, 700 Oddstad Blvd,
Saturday 10/5/13, 10 a.m to 2 p.m. only
....  "No one should go without health care! So, on Saturday, October 5th, Seton Medical Center and the Pacifica Lions Club are sponsoring a Free Community Health Fair which is open to people of all ages. The Fair which will be hosted by the Parish of St. Peter's Church will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 700 Oddstad Boulevard in Pacifica.

There will be health information, screenings, such as X-rays to screen for arthritis, glaucoma & cataract testing, hearing & vision screenings, Hepatitis B screenings, blood glucose screenings, cholesterol screenings, trainings, support and advice. Also, free flu shots for people on Medicare Part B with qualifying insurance, compliments of our local Rite Aid in Linda Mar.

Donating their considerable talents will be doctors and specialists from Seton Medical Center's Orthopedic Institute, Health Benefits Resource Center, Stroke Center, Heart Institute, Breast Center, Radiation Oncology, Diabetic & Wound Center, Operating Room and Palliative Care. Additionally, there will also be a Seton Medical Center vascular surgeon, orthopedic surgeon, ophthalmologist, podiatrist, OB/GYN, and general practitioners for any consultations that attendees of the fair may have.

The fair will also have many local medical, social and family services, as well as many alternative medicinal choices."
