"Pacificans recently noticed a change on the Harmony @ 1 construction site. No construction activity has been underway the last few weeks on the prominent hillside between Roberts Road and Fassler Avenue.  .... It took longer and was more challenging than they expected to satisfy the conditions of the conservation easement, Alex Fraser (of Sonora Shores) said.

.... "We expect to have the paving of the road finished in September, the curbs and gutters done, and to have the first part of the development, the recalibration of the hill, finished in November," Fraser said.  .... While the clients' identities are confidential, there are no local baseball players or football players among them, Fraser said, addressing a speculative rumor Pacificans have aired."  Read more.

This easement should have been completed long before grading began. I call BS!

Was the conservation easement why they weren't paying their contractors?

"Clients have expressed serious interest...". In other words, not one has been sold.

Is Skyfield USA involved in the Harmony @ 1 project. It sure seems so!

806 LMAO. How about a box of Lucky Charms for JC Echavarria.

Given the housing market in the Bay Area, Harmony isn't going to have any problems selling its houses.

Always interesting to see how the hippies gleefully jump up and down like excited monkeys at the slightest vague rumor that a business may fail in town.

They are quietly shopping for a new 2nd loan. They need 3 million more to finish the paving and sidewalks.

Pass the hat at Fogfest! That's a 5 million dollar home crowd, right?

It appears that the developer has been concurrently working on their conservation easement based on what has been publicly disclosed. I don't blame them, the work involved in setting up the easement and working with the various agencies can be tediously long. I've seen the workers setting forms and doing final hand grading, so, I wouldn't be surprised if they had concrete trucks up there soon to finish the sidewalks, etc.

222 I love a success story. Please, people, no fact checking. Let's just go with it.

Has anyone noticed the absolute trashing of Fassler - litter, abandoned mattresses - all since "good neighbor" Harmony1 showed up. Still no work going on because they can't pay their vendors I guess.

I JUST HEARD that because of the Giant's end of season collapse that Bruce Bochy isn't getting a playoff bonus so he is DOWNSIZING his Harmony1 house ....to a trailer down by the river.

Desperate to believe, I'm going with 522. I mean, this is Pacifica and our continued existence as a city defies logic, the odds, and plain common sense every day.

So it's the 24th of September and still no sidewalks, pavement and activity.

Boehner's ready for some Harmony. He's going to retire here.
