Item 1.  "Reconsideration of Council decision regarding reesolution determining that the public interest and necessity demand the construction of a new Pacifica Public Library and its financing through the issuance of general obligation bonds." Reference, City Council vote requirement.   Report/Resolution 1995, sections 5 and 6, page 5: Section 5, issuance of Bonds. "This Resolution is adopted, and the Bonds, if approved by two-thirds of all qualified voters voting on the issuance of the Bonds, are to be issued pursuant to the Bond Law,"  Section 6, effective date."This Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption by two-thirds of all members of the City Council of the City."

Update, results of tonight's City Council meeting:  the ballot measure will move forward:  Digre, yes; O'Neill, yes; Ervin, yes; Keener, yes; (Nihart lives within 500 feet of the proposed library location, hence was ineligible to vote, and did not attend the meeting).
