From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., have your face painted or hair colored courtesy of PB&R. Food and crafts will be offered for sale, sponsored by local artists and non-profit organizations. The Chris Cobb Band and Rich Felix Blues Review will perform. Children will read portions of the constitution to inspire the audience with the themes of freedom and liberty." , July 4th Independence Day. If you've got kids ~ ten and under and have never been to the City's Frontierland July 4th celebration, its typically a well executed event.

Parks & Rec runs a pretty tight fiscal ship in this town too, returning 81% of its budget in class and entry fees, etc.
