Consent Calendar (pass through, limited comment) 
1.    Approval of disbursements:  FY 2014-15, 1/9/15 - 1/30/15.
2.    Approval of  
Minutes, 1/26/15.
3.    Continued 4/12/10 proclamation of the existence of cliff erosion, landslide ground substance and failure of revetment supporting the storm drainage at 380 and 400 Esplanade Avenue.
4.    Wave audit of Donna P. Janvier Charitable Remainder Trust (City's Senior Center recipient), scheduled distributions of approximately $131,000.  Report,  Legal Trust distribution waiver.

Special presentations -  In memory of Elaine Larsen.  Affordable Housing

Consideration
5.    Approval of the 380 Esplanade AIMCO  Esplanade Avenue Apartments, LLC Settlement Agreement, lateral drain construction and parking lot restoration contract, 380 and 400 Esplanade Avenue.  Award construction to Casey Construction, Inc., $72,880. Approve the management and inspection services to CSG Consultants, Inc., $14,100. Award the 380 Esplanade Avenue asphalt parking lot restoration to American Asphalt, $15,040. Report,   Settlement Agreement, pdf pages 353. For construction agreements see direct city council agenda.
6.    Discuss with possible action to send a letter to Kimco Realty Corporation regarding Fairmont and Linda Mar shopping center store vacancies. (Agenda item requested by Councilmember Mike O'Neill, 11/24/14).  Report.
7.   Discuss with possible action for staff (new Economic Development Manager) to develop  a commercial property vacancy ordinance. (Agenda item requested by Councilmember Mike O'Neill, 11/24/14).  Report.
8.  Resolution to support San Mateo County 20 cities and town jurisdictions, Community Choice Aggregation (CCA), bundling renewable sources of electricity through PG&E.  Report,  Resolution.

Can't someone just bring one copy of the Tribune over to other departments? Plus can't they send someone over 60 down to the Tribune to get the senior citizen rates?

The builders made this choice when they built on the edge of the ocean. Please don't ask the taxpayers to pay for their expensive mistakes - we can't afford it.

508 Why stop paying now? From the documents it appears the city has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to the property owner since 2010. Apparently, the city's drainage pipe accelerated the damage. City is relocating the pipe at city expense. It isn't over.
