Background. In

Safety Act (MCRSA), regulating medical marijuana businesses. In

to see their collective on Palmetto Avenue cease to exist in Pacifica,
City Council last Monday answered the first of seven questions designed
to mold the direction it wants to take in the future in the affirmative. ....The
council members said they were interested in allowing Pacifica to gain
the additional tax revenue that would come from marijuana sales. The

approved by a simple majority if it is to be used for general purposes.

Deidre spoke in favor of the first pot shop. You know the one on Palmetto that had the wrong license. It was licensed as a "flower shop"
Who cares? That shop was closed 5 years ago.
Deirdre thought she was promoting a clay pot seller.
Will Pacifica allow cultivation of Marijuana in the city?
CA law allows up to 6 plants per home.
Be careful. The faux-enviros might declare pot an invasive specie and make all kinds of trouble for you. They, after all, are the smartest people in Pacifica and they can really make trouble for the non-cult members.
How will this all work out with Trump leading the Federal govt?
Isn't there a conflict of laws between Federal and State?
6 plants per home is way too much pot.
Reminds me when Jim "Hacksaw" Duggan got busted for having a large duffel bag of pot. The DA was trying to say no one needs that much pot, he tried to convince the judge that he really really liked his pot.
