1.   UP-078-16.  Former gas station site soil remediation project, 2251 Oceana Boulevard (APN 016-242-090):  Installation of  an ozone generator trailer, 20 feet wide x 20 feet long x 6 feet high, plus temporary power pole 16 feet high. CEQA status: class 8 and 30 categorical exemptions.  Approve as conditioned.

2.  TA-105-17.  Text amendment (TA) of various City of Pacifica Municipal Code provisions to conform with California Government Code, section 65852.2 concerning accessory dwelling units (second residential property "in-law" units) permitted by local agencies.  (This is a discussion which will affect residential properties citywide).  Continue to March 20, 2017.
