New Public hearings
1.   Former gas station site soil remediation project, 2251 Oceana Boulevard, empty lot: installation of an ozone generator trailer.  Approve as conditioned.
2.    Study Session, Amend Municipal Code provisions for accessory dwelling units (secondary residential in-law units).  Continue to 3/20/17.
