Rockaway Quarry project hotel commitment

Following and attached is our commitment to the City to build the hotel component at the Rockaway Quarry concurrent with the residential component. I think the letter speaks for itself and would be of interest to your readers.

Dear Mayor Digre,

 

The attached letter provides Preserve @ Pacifica LLC’s commitment to you and the community that if Measure W is passed and the Council approves our proposed development plan, that we will build the proposed hotel on the Quarry property before or concurrently with the residential component of the project.

While building the residential and hotel components concurrently makes sense from a pure construction standpoint, we provide this commitment in writing because we know it is an item of some interest to the public.
