San Mateo County Journal, 10/5/16, "Foster City has $200K for residents who install solar."

"The Foster City Council authorized $200,000 of rebates for residents who install solar photovoltaic technology on their homes, city officials said Monday. 

Each household that installs the technology is eligible for a $1,000 rebate on a first-come, first-served basis, until the funding source is exhausted. Only resident-owned systems are eligible for the funding, city officials said. .... "
