1. Pacifica Municipal Code amendment TA-104-16. Allow licensed massage establishments as a permitted use in certain commercial districts. Compliance regulations are administrated by the Pacifica Police Department.
New Public Hearing
2. Specific Plan SP-156-15. Construction of a 3,898 sq. ft., 3-story single family residence on a vacant 8,152 sq. ft. lot, 300 Coral Ridge Drive (APN 009-037-430). Approve as conditioned.
Consideration
3. Information report. Emergency Coastal Development Permit, CP-372-16: issued to temporarily post up to 10 signs along a public access trail warning the public to keep away from recent bluff failure, 220-222 Palmetto Avenue (APN 115-220-999).
