City Council Meeting, Monday June 13, 2016

Consent Calendar
1.     Approval of disbursements, 5/25/16 - 6/3/16.
2.     Approval of Minutes, 5/23/16.
3.     To the Child Care reserve account transfer $1,433 (FY 2013-14) and $119,055 (FY 2014-15) to close-out these exceeded revenue balances.  Report.
4.     Approve contract with Larry Walker Associates, Inc. (LWA) for the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Water Board), $88,087, and RMC Water and Environment (RMC) $114,848 permit, scientific and statistical analyses testing. Project funding FY 2016-17, $100,000. Report.  LWA Consultant Contract.
5.     First official Resolution to continue the beverage container recycling (CalRecycle) program, FY 2016-17, $10,500 revenue grant to purchase new garbage and recycle bins for local trails and beaches. The program has been in effect since FY 2005-06. Report/Resolution.
6.     Resolution to purchase a Vac-Con Truck for sewer and storm drainage cleaning from Municipal Maintenance Equipment Company, $390,751.50.  Report/Resolution.
7.     Authorization to sell City surplus vehicles and equipment. Any revenue generated will be credited to the original department that made the purchase, valued at at least $5,000.  Report.

Public Hearings
8.    Pacifica Hotel Business Improvement (BID) Annual Report.  Rates levied in FY 2015-16 will remain the same.  Report/Resolution.  BID projected FY 2016/17 Report.
9.    Resolution adopting the City Capital Improvement Program (CIP), 2016-2021.  The CIP was reviewed by the Planning Commission 5/2/16, and found consistent with the City General Plan and Local Land Use Plan.  Report.  Planning Commission Resolution, FY 2016-2021.
Consideration
10.   Planning Commission Annual Report. The Report was discussed at the Planning Commission meeting, 5/16/16; Staff their feedback, and worked with the Chair to finalize. Report.  Planning Commission Annual Report, pdf pages 2.
11.    Redesign and upgrade of the City's website, part of the City's Communication Plan, approved 3/24/14, FY 2015-16, $25,000.  Report.
12.    Resolution adopting the Annual Operating Budget, FY 2016-17, General Fund $30,711,000, all funds total $73,675,327.   Report/Resolution.  City Budget, 2016-2017, pdf pages 90.

Kathy, you didn't publish my post about the continuation of the exuberant attorney fees. I wonder how much of that is due to Loeb and his "gang of no"

401, 1151, just trying to spare you the embarrassment of acting "stupid".
You have no idea what the monies were spend on in the normal course of legal oversight or defending the interest of the people of this City. Yet, your comment leaps to into fantasyland assumptions of no merit whatsoever (pure BS).

Next time, if you're that concerned about billed items to the City, call the City and ask questions-- and spare us the nonsense.

I agree with Kathy. There's absolutely no context for those billable hours, which makes complaining about them meaningless.
