Item 1, minor duplex conversion into
more integrated institutional unit.
"Planning Commissioners unanimously approved Monday modifications to a Milagra Drive duplex for use by Missionaries of Charity. Missionaries of Charity owns 164 Milagra Drive and uses it to provide housing for nuns who operate a residential care facility for the elderly next door.

Through local agent Virgil Capetti, the sisters asked the planning commissioners to allow them to convert the duplex where they live into an institutional type living space with bathrooms with multiple stalls and sinks and a total of seven bedrooms, one more bedroom than now exists. The existing one-car garage will be converted into a porch and living area."  Read article.
