Consent Calendar
1.   Continuing 4/7/10 existence of  a local emergency, cliff erosion, failure of revetmen

t supporting storm drainage at 380 and 400 Esplanade.  Report,  photos.
2.   Approval of Contract Sweeping Services, 3 year contract, from Request for Proposals open bid: FY 2015-16, $105,960.00 (included in the budget) ; FY 2016-17, $108,657.80; FY 2017-18, $111,404.40.  Report, contract.
3.   Resolution, Municipal Pooling Authority's Joint Exercise of Power Agreement: MPA of Northern CA currently includes workers compensation coverage. Propose adding  liability and property insurance, and employee bonds to MPA, effective 7/1/15, (removal from the current ABAG PLAN), $395,000 included in the budget. Report, resolution.  a) agreement, b) pooling authority bylaws.

Public Hearings 
4.   Appeal of the Planning Commission's Approval to construct four (4) detached studio apartments on a vacant 18,411 square foot parcel located in the 4000 Block of Palmetto Avenue (APN 009-402-270).  Recommended action: continue to the regular meeting 6/22/15.
5.   Consideration of Planning Commission approval of Specific Plan, SP-151-15, construction of a single family residence on Lot 2 of Harmony@1, Fassler and Roberts Road (APN 022-150-460). Report.

Consideration
6.   Adoption of six (6) Goals, and FY 2015-16 work plan (adopted from the February City Council goal setting meeting).  Goals, projects and initiatives prioritized by City Council. Project and initiative list refined by Staff.  Report,  Attachment 1: Draft spreadsheet.
7.   Continued development of the 2015/16 operating budget: 1) provide additional Budget feedback and direction, 2) discuss Economic Development Work Plan and provide direction.  Report, a) 2015-16 Economic Development Work Plan spreadsheet.
