Public hearing:  TA-103-15.  City of Pacifica Planning Department amendment to Municipal Code Wireless communications facilities text: Article 26, "Public Utilities/Residential and Commercial Antennas", Chapter 4, "Zoning", Title 9, ""Planning and Zoning".

The code change effects General Plan and zoning for future uniform on-pole wireless antenna and equipment standards citywide, including "smaller installations within public rights-of-way along major thoroughfares as well as within residential neighborhoods."  Suggested Planning Commission Resolution, pages 6-7; Ordinance amendment, pages 8-20.  Code Sections and changes, pages 21-31.
