"Former Speaker pro tem of the Assembly, Sally Lieber, will speak on Human Trafficking on Saturday, May 17,  at the upcoming Pacifica-Daly City Democrats breakfast meeting, scheduled to be held in the rear banquet room of the Sharp Park Golf Course Restaurant, Hwy 1 and Sharp Park Road, in Pacifica.

Lieber has been a leader in government advocating justice from her first elected position in 1998 as a member of the Mountain View City Council and later as Mayor. She served the citizens of California from 2002-2008 as a State Assemblywoman representing the Peninsula. During this time she served as the State Assembly's Speaker Pro Tempore, only the 3rd woman in CA history to receive that special honor."
