2. Public hearings - (1). "Discussion and possible approval of a resolution requesting the city council to initiate Municipalk Code amendments in relation to development project approval extensions."
Draft resolution, pages 2, 3. Suggested annual extensions requests, 3 to 5 years maximum,; progress requirements; fees based upon time and materials rather than a flat fee. Building permits no more than 2 two 6 month extensions.
