Lerida and Banyan? Terra Nova Townhouses Lerida and Terra Nova Blvd.

That isn't a photo of Terra Nova Townhouses either.

806, the Mercury News article (posted there at 11:16 pm last night), states the location as the 1300 block of Lerida Way, "four (4) townhouses", and no where mentions "Terra Nova Townhouses".
Fortunately, and thanks to the Fire Department and other first responders, damage seems contained, and hopefully minor for those nine (9) residents affected.

As for the photo noted as "unrelated" in the disclosure, the focus is smoke damage.
But if you have a report of this fire, which disproves the newspaper article, or want to link some pictures-- let's see it.

Mercury News is a San Jose Paper. Drive down and see for yourself. The fire was in the Terra Nova Townhomes. The damage is visible from Terra Nova Blvd.

Where are the townhouses on Lerida? On the corner of Lerida and Terra Nova Blvd. The Terra Nova Townhouses.

Few newspapers meet the standard of "a newspaper of record", stories are rushed to print with very little fact checking so details are often wrong. Your best bet to be informed is to look for local sources information such as the Fire Department .
