1.  UP-77-16.  Construct 2 outdoor shower stalls for customer use in the rear yard area (approximately 1,000-sq. ft.), shielded by a 6' wooden slat fence, roofing (northwest exterior): Traveler (dry-goods and gift store), Pedro Point Shopping Center, 5450 Coast Highway (APN 923-072-060).

2.  PSD-814-16.  Construct a 3-story, 3,128 sq. ft. single-family residence, and remove more that 20 trees on a 39,049 sq. ft. nonconforming lot: 1693 Higgins Way (APN 023-341-080).
