A great place for my new AirBnB. If affordable housing is needed so badly, then you must also be in favor of Rent control for existing properties, right?
No. The solution to the affordable housing problem is to increase the supply of housing. It's unfair to hold landlords responsible for problems caused by NIMBYs who won't allow new housing to be built.
I volunteer Wagner's ample backyard and hillside as the location for "one of these"
=)~~~~~~ ....either that or Fairmont, but there is no room for something like this in Pedro Point, Rockaway or Vallemar.

Typical Pacifica NIMBY. Always willing to spend other people's money as long as they've got theirs.
How can you shill at city council for rent control. Then say you want more affordable housing.
Hypocrite much?
