4.    Notice of Completion, Linda Mar Generator (pump station) Project, ERA Construction, Inc. Upgrade: 1000 kilowatt emergency generator, electrical and mechanical system.  Waste Water Treatment budget, total cost $501, 861.10.  Report, resolution,  a) Completion Notice.
