Under land use "1,204 acres remain vacant or undeveloped."

The biggest buildable tracts are the sides of Fassler, the quarry, across from the quarry & Milagra ridge.

Plenty of room for smart growth.

The hippies noobees and nimbys say 1203 acres are off limits due to too much traffic.
