Earth Day all year

And some of you, you know who you are,
please learn to not put plastic wrap
in the green waste bin, it doesn't biodegrade

Ok the residents have to go through the garbage and do Recology's job in putting the garbage in 3 different bins. But why did the city of Pacifica get the $41,000 that Recology paid them, and not the customers. That is the biggest crock of shit in a town known for big crocks of shit.
