Should be an interesting event for those who attend the 7pm library event next Wednesday.

Informative map. Unfortunately we don't all live in a yellow zone. Some parts of Manor, Sharp Park, Vallemar, and Linda Mar are higher risk. Millbrae through Daly City even worse.

"We all knew the earthquake fault was here long before us!" Fatalist Anonymous, 10/7, 11AM

The graphic on this article is easy to understand. It offers potential area damage detail, way beyond your comment that "we all knew the earthquake fault was here long before us!"

From the graph, similar to many others who live in Pacifica, not all, I learned I live in a moderately low damage area. Yet some areas of Pacifica and our peninsula neighbors are subject to more damage in event of an earthquake.

"Same people go to every meeting." Really? Well, this time these same people will learn from the Director of the USGS/Earthquake science center.
