422, I think our current General Manager's Office deserves credit for doing just that, and continuing to improve conditions for this City.

Given the majority on council, I'd guess the goals can basically be summed up as, "Nothing".
Here's the rub.....for NOBY's, nothing is something.
Take a look at the city's debt and bloated pension plan.

Yep. For NIMBYS/hippies, accomplishing nothing is viewed as an accomplishment.
