1.     CDP-373-16, PSD-812-16.  Remove an existing 988-sq. ft. single family residence with 2 detached garages, total 836 sq. ft., and construct a 5,309 sq. ft. 3-story single family residence on a 8,568 sq ft. lot: 263 Kent Road (APN 023-031-300).  CEQA class 1 and 3 exemptions, sections 15301(i)(1) and 15303(a).  Approve as conditioned.
