Project Summary, page 3. "The property is a vacant lot, surrounded by properties developed with single-family homes. The lot is sloped downward from the street to the rear lot line and from south to north. There are no heritage trees on the property. Approval for construction of a 4,000 square foot single family residence was previously granted by the Commission, but the permit expired and no construction was performed."
