Cancelled civic meetings Wednesday, February 20, 2013
City council budget study session - cancelled. A City Council budget study session was held February 13, 2013, and another is scheduled March 20, 2013.
Open Space committee meeting - cancelled. "The Open Space Committee generally meets on the third Wednesday of every-other month."

when you don't have a budget and you don't need an open space committee, just cancel all the meetings.

I don't see anything that indicates that the Open Space Committee has met once in the last three years.
Am I wrong about this? If not, I guess it can be pretty much considered a defunct committee.
I do know that the OSC currently does not have enough members to field a quorum at this point (according to existing members), so in the absence of Council action, it won't be meeting anytime soon.
Yeah and he wants a retainer. Get Nihart to emote about all the deep cuts and sacrifices and money being saved. Be prepared if he hands her kleenex and a band aid.
Fogel, you ever been to an OSC meeting? They meet, they don't meet...there is no discernible difference...time stands still.
