Compost Give-Away, Saturday May 7th
Do you have flowers or vegetables you’d like to plant? Then come to the Recycling Yard
this Saturday with your buckets or cans and bring home some fresh compost!
Here are the details:
Who: Pacifica Residents (please bring proof of residency and please bring your own cans)
What: Limit of 2-30gallon cans of compost per household
Where: 1046 Palmetto Ave
When: Saturday, May 7th from 8am – 12pm

Neat, thanks Felicia! Steve you can retrieve in better form some of those old leaves and twigs you took to Coastside last year.
My neighbors and I went to the free compost give away at the recycling yard yesterday with brown paper bags because we are widows and could not lift the large can. A Recology employee Ron told us to go home and get some cans and he would deliver the compost to our homes. The three of us got cans and came back. Ron filled our cans and delivered to our homes on Edgemar. He even brought the cans into our back yards. Thanks Ron for the help!
