1.     Approval of Minutes, 4/11/16.
2.     Resolution declaring National Bicycle Month in May (State, San Mateo County, City), Report/resolution.  
3.     Proclamation confirming existence of a local emergency, coastline from Westline Drive to the end of Beach Boulevard. Report, a) proclamation, b) photos 400 Esplanade, 4/18/16.
4.    Tentative Agreements:  Pacifica Police Management Association (PPMA) and Pacifica Police Supervisors Association (PPSA) Bargaining Units.  Report, a) TA uniform allowance, b)  TA POST certificate pay.
5.     Resolution supporting Assembly Bill 2502, inclusion housing (allocation of a certain percentage of affordable units included with new housing developments, a City ordinance since 2007).  Report, resolution, a) Letter of support.
