Half Moon Bay Review/Julia Reis, 5/14/15. "New RV park proposed in Princeton, Pre-application submitted for space off Highway 1.

....  Keet Nerhan’s Point Pillar Project Developer, LLC, recently submitted a pre-application to the San Mateo County Planning Department to construct a 50-space RV park on a parcel he owns at the corner of Highway 1 and Capistrano Road in Princeton. The 3.35-acre park would also have 25 additional parking spaces, seven tent camping spaces and an approximately 800-square-foot building that would house restrooms and a laundry room.  Nerhan already operates the nearby Pillar Point RV Park. His company will seek a coastal development permit and a use permit for this proposed project.

“Keet has always wondered what to do with that parcel, (and) we feel it would be difficult to get a large building approved at that site,” said Project Manager Ron Stefanick. “We felt there was a need for further RV parking spaces and a quality RV park in the general area to serve fishermen and the general public.”  Read more.
