City council meeting, Tuesday, November 12, 2013

CA Govt. Code 54956.8.  Conference regarding price and terms of 1050 Crespi Drive,  APN 023-132-160, City of Pacifica and Pacifica Spindrift Players.
 
Open Session, 7:00 p.m.   
Consent calendar   
1.    Approval of  Minutes, 10/28/13. 
2.    Proclamation confirming existence of a local emergency (since 4/12/10):  cliff erosion, revetment failure supporting City storm drain at 380 and 400 Esplanade Avenue.  
3.    Renewal of Davey Tree Expert Company maintenance and emergency services agreement, FY 2013-14, not to exceed $170,000.
4.    Pacifica fishing pier repair construction contract awarded to Vortex Marine Construction, Inc., $339,750.  Funded through two grants: State of CA, Wildlife Conservation Board (WCB), $249,000, and National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) through the Cosco Busan Oil Spill Settlement recreational use, $249,000, total $499,000. 

Consideration
5.    Appoint 8 citizens to serve on the Economic Development Committee. 12 applicants.
