very happy with results except the death penalty and union contributions.

But I'm happiest of all that Mike O'Neill beat Campbell.

Somebody call Peebles we're ready to build.

Now that's funny, Hutch. I don't think Don's taking calls from Pacifica. Anyhow, he's busy selling the huge mansion in DC and replacing it with a posh little condo. These days, he and Katrina spend most of their time at their Florida estate.

He made his money and left on his Learjet! He refinanced the property right after and took about $7M out. Then he let the bank take over the property. If he won L he would have sold the property quicker than you can say LOEB.

His estate in Coral Gables FL is also on the market for $11,000,000.
Seems to now be living mostly in NY somewhere in the Hamptons. Kids in college nearby.

He never refinanced the property he purchased it with the money from AMBIT(sp) Funding. He borrowed money for plans and permit which was/is customary. You assclowns obviously do not understand finance. During this period lenders gave 90%-95% financing to developers for projects just like the Pacifica Quarry.

He didn't let the bank take the property over. He used a deed in lieu, which means it was a freindly foreclosure where he just gave back the lender the property.

No wonder why we have had 20 years of horrible city councils. The people voting for them are just as inept financially!!!
