I have no idea who's behind it or where you can find one to sign, but I'm informed there's a petition circulating around calling for the following -
Pacificans Call for Civility and Respect
We,
the undersigned residents of Pacifica, ask everyone trying to influence
the political choices we make here to keep their actions civil and
respectful. A vibrant democracy is one
that is full of opposing viewpoints and people advocating to get their
way. But we can disagree without being disagreeable.
We ask everyone engaged in our political process to:
* Refrain from using “investigations” as a form of harassment
* Refrain from personal attacks
* Refrain from engaging in any form of bullying, verbal or physical
* Refrain from using technicalities against opponents for political purposes

No doubt this was created by the faux-enviro NIMBY hypocrites who are now going for the poor me sympathy vote. Pacificans are fed up with this extremely selfish and evil cult who will do and say anything to destroy Pacifica for those outside of their membership. They wrote the book on devisive and mean political tactics and now that people are getting wise to their bullshit they are attempting to change the narrative.
Don't fall for it. Kick their asses out of office and save our city. It's all Kabuki theater. Digre and Deirdre will put on a little crying scene and Keener will play the wise and kindly mediator. They are liars who do not care about anybody but themselves and the puppet masters they service. Rent Control is just another red legged frog.

This is the group that was all about voter disenfranchisement and who has worked tirelessly to create the us versus them mentality in this town. You touched the poop, Nobies. Democrats have made California the world's sixth biggest economy.
The only difference between Democrats and Republicans is:
Republicans make money in the private sector then go into politics.
Democrats go into politics to make money.
Democrats have nothing to do with the days when California was the largest economy @7:54pm. Your comment alone means you know nothing.
This fabrication is a digre apology. Digre gets accused of election law violations and that's now a "technicality". I see much back-slapping among the progressives as they righteously sign this. The same people who heckle others at city council for speaking contrary to progressive wishes. Same folks who used Hatch act trickery to push Nihart out of the council race. Same folks pressing people to not sign the rent control petition to put the issue on the ballot. Same folks who demanded a public vote before widening hwy 1 but now deny the voters that right because progressives will lose the vote. These progressives believe in their politically correct petitions but not Calif election law or your first amendment rights at council.
Maybe the same intimidation tactics should be used on these petitioners and these hypocrites are using on the petitioners and signers of the rent control petitions. You know, getting into their faces, yelling, picture taking psychopaths. Poor little Sue and Diedre, two conniving people I certainly have no respect for. Take your petitions and use them for what they're worth and I hope they're 2-ply.
I don't know why all of you are in such denial. Progressives are communists and history shows communists lie, cheat and murder. The end justifies the means. Please. You can't be that brainwashed? We need a civil war.

I'm a progressive, a lefty, a practicing capitalist, anti-monopolistic and I care very much about members of our human family who are suffering through no fault of their own.
I also believe that the snakes who stole the election and installed their illegitimate candidate Deirdre, have done more to damage Pacifica in 5 months than has occurred over the last 5 years. These hypocritical NIMBY's are destroying our town for no other reason than pure greed and selfishness. Ironically that's the label they put on people outside of their cult.
They are not liberals or lefties. They are the true enemies of Pacifica. Unfortunately they easily make fools out of a lot of progressives by exploiting their naive view of the world and propensity to espouse political correctness.
