Directors sure got taken care of with raises. How can we afford this?
11:12 pm. Periodically employees get raises, Unions negotiate for employee benefits and raises.
The core solution for a municipality (City) is to build a functional, sustainable infrastructure, (which also includes estimated growth, and a reserve component).
The concept of City improvement is of course conversational "rocket science" from those who have faithfully promoted economic void (in favor of empty space) in this City.
So, hurray after 50 years of planning expense and "talk", at least Palmetto district improvement (Streetscape, Item 10) is moving forward!
