Article updated. Palmetto street will finally move forward! Update added to the article, the votes last night: 3. 3-1, Nihart recuse (lives within 20 feet of proposed Palmetto Avenue streetscape), Keener "no" (delay, potentially other projects more urgent); 4. 5-0; 5. 5-0. Note 3. The separate $1.5 million fund (rather than ERAF) will be used for the streetscape project.

Item 3, which includes the Palmetto Streetscape project. Mayor Sue Digre commented that public agencies (utilities) have delayed this project, and the people and businesses affected have lived with these torn-up streets for years. She voted "yes" (along with Councilmembers Mike O'Neill and Karen Ervin) to move the project forward.

Of course Keener voted NO on Palmetto.
His puppet masters have ordered him to let Beach Blvd fall into the sea.
They want the money so they can build more trails and habitat.
Nothing for Pacifica. Everything for the "I Got Mine's".
Wake up Pacifica. Your home could be next.

Palmetto Streetscape won't do a thing for Beach Blvd instability. It's all about that new library and improving the street in front of it. About as useful as those trails.
