Reminds me of "Carmel by the Sea", with all of the quaint, well maintained cottages and store fronts, the manicured landscaping and the overall cleanliness. What a tourist draw! Oops, my bad. I actually WAS looking at some pictures of Carmel. Sorry. Oh, these pictures? Looks like a depressed community or a third world streetscape. sigh...
Pacifica has been given $10 million in Measure A funds and saw the worst decline in street quality in the last 4 years out of any city in SEVEN COUNTIES in the Bay Area. THE WORST. Now they are getting another $667,000 in stimulus money for road improvement? NOOOOOOOOOO!!
