Reminder Planning Commission tonight, Monday, April 2, 2012

Planning Commission Article and Agenda, 4/2/12.

Extension of a construction permit in Vallemar.  And, and consideration of a  resolution of the city to abandon/vacation 2 Pedro Point land parcels allowing right-of-way access conforming to the city General Plan.

Update.  At the Planning Commission tonight it was made clear that the adjacent property owners to lots 30, 31 could acquire title to 1/2 of these properties nearest them.  They could build a driveway on their lot portion in conformity with the General Plan. Originally these lots belong to a residential development, therefore in essence the city is giving back these lots to the development. A resolution was made by Commissioner Campbell and passed by the Planning Commission that "these parcels conform to the city General Plan" (nothing more that I recall).  Nearby residents will be notified, and the resolution will move forward to City Council.
