"Editor: The Mizpah Community Service Volunteers would like to express our grateful appreciation to Nancy Davis of Shelldance Nursery for hosting our annual tea party and craft fair. The event honored the amazing Marv Morganti's birthday and his continued service to our community.

This past week Mizpah scholarships were awarded in memory of Theresia Simpson, a long-time Mizpah member. More than $6,000 in scholarships were presented to graduating seniors from Terra Nova and Oceana, $2,200 was given to the Pacifica Resource Center as well as smaller contributions to the Friends of the Library, Docents of the Sanchez Adobe, City Free Swim Program, and more. 

Our sincere appreciation to all of the community members who helped the Mizpah ladies raise these funds for our community."
