"Happy Halloween to all! Like most events in 2020, Halloween will be different from the usual, but you can still have a safe and fun time. Please see the linked Halloween Safety Guidelines and consider checking out the Parks, Beaches, and Recreation Department’s Drive Thru Halloween event
at the City Hall parking lot at 170 Santa Maria Drive!
Also, if you haven’t voted yet, see the Info for Elections about how to cast your ballot before or on next Tuesday, November 3. Thank you for voting."
