City Council meeting, Monday October 12, 2020

This City Council meeting will be televised on local Pacific Coast Television PCT/Pacifica Channel 26 PCT also links their program calendar, and recent coastside civic meeting videos.   The City website will also livestream to this meeting.   Complying with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Disease Notice (fully detailed on page 1 of the City Council PDF link below):  this civic meeting will not be physically open to the public, and will be held by through teleconferencing.

3.    Accept report and make determination that conditions of a local emergency continue to exist within the Pacifica Coastline from Westline Drive to the end of Beach Boulevard, report.  a) Proclamation.
4.    Confirming existence of a local emergency at the Anza Pump Station, report.  a)  Ratifying Proclamation.
5.    Accept continuation of proclamation of the existence of a local emergency regarding Novel (new) Coronavirus (COVID-19), report. a) Ratifying Resolution.

Public Hearings 
10.    Appeal of the Planning Commission's approval with conditions of a three-story mixed-use building (known as 1300 Danmann) consisting of ground floor commercial space and six residential apartments located at the north quadrant, intersection of Kent Road and Danmann Avenue in the 1200 block of Danmann Avenue, report. Recommended action: Continue to November 9, 2020.
