How do you think the outcomes of this planning commission will affect the real estate market in Pacifica?
Hand on to your wallets Recology is asking for another garbage bill increase!!!
@Louisa B -- the bay area market in general is dicey. Lot of people fleeing or considering fleeing California (including yours truly) to places where the dollar goes a lot further and life is just better.
Goodluck to all those who've entered the market at its peak. Seat belts on.
The Local Lib goes by the initials JW
Johnny Walker? I'll take the blue label. Thanky! Thanky!
