Related. From the Letter, P.S. link (above). "For every $1 the Pacifi ca Resource Center receives from the city,
we leverage another $12 in support for our community. Since 2004, the
PRC has received $83,000 each year from the City to provide a safety net
of food, housing assistance, and other critical services to Pacifi ca
residents. This investment generates over $1,000,000 in goods and
services that would not otherwise be available in Paci fica." Facebook.
